Request permanent deletion of your Vertical account and data
To request deletion of your Vertical account and all associated data, please send an email to [email protected] from the email address associated with your account. Include "Delete my account" in the subject line.
You can also request account deletion directly from the Vertical app by going to Settings and tapping "Delete account".
Upon account deletion, we permanently remove the following data within 30 days:
The only data we retain after account deletion is payment records required by applicable tax and financial regulations (typically 7 years), and any anonymized, aggregated data that cannot be linked back to you.
We will process your deletion request within 30 days and confirm via email once your account and data have been permanently removed.
